MI40X: Mass Intentions Extreme 2.0

One of the newest programs I've had the opportunity to review is MI40X: Mass Intentions Extreme, created by Ben Pakulski.  I was really impressed with it and I think it is worth looking into if hypertrophy is your primary goal.  I'll give you a quick overview, then you can visit my blog if you want a more complete review. MI40X is an 18-week program that takes you through different phases, each emphasizing something slightly different.  One phase, for example, will focus more on strength training.  There are also resting/deloading phases that allow you to recover.  I have found that Ben is very methodical in the way he puts things together, and this program is no exception.Navigating the members' page can be a little tricky, but you will get used to it with just a little practice.  It comes with a complete video library of training that is categorized according to body parts.  One of the videos, for example, shows…See More
