Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, a culture and a sport. At any age & regardless of past athletic ability, we can all become bodybuilders. The stage, magazine features and endorsement opportunities are a great incentive helping bodybuilders stay accountable to their goals.

Ultimate Rewards? Better health, more happiness, improved confidence, increased knowledge about ourselves, and, of course, feeling bodyPROUD.

Plus, being visibly fit, we often become role models and are easily able to inspire others to follow our lead.  How cool is that!?

I just spent a few minutes going through the photos and videos. I am impressed with the development of the physiques I have seen. These men and women who compete in drug free bodybuilding contests are an inspiration to millions of people around the world who follow the fitness lifestyle. These natural bodybuilders are the epitome of physical health.

Have you thought about fitness modeling? Don't know where to start? How about fashion/underwear modeling, too? Well, take the first step and contact NorCalBodz.

I've been doing photography for five years and founded NorCalBodz Photography and NCB Model Management April of 2008. I have many connections due to my full time job - so fitness is my thing!

Some companies and or photographers charge you a fee. Some companies and or photographers use your images on their site(s) and charge a fee for people to view your images. Results? No gain monetary for you and no results as companies/legitimate individuals won't pay to view your images on their site. Why would you want to have images taken and placed on a pay-per-view site?

I approach this a different way.... I don't get paid unless you get paid! Sounds fair?

I have a question...why is the cut off age for men 50+ for men but not for is 45 + for women...that is kind of a dble standard going on. 5 years makes a big difference you know. Trust me, ask any woman over 50 if she notices differences in her body and difficulty in maintenance from 5 years previous. I'm not whinning...just stating facts here on the age process.

Just want to know why the discrepency with men and women??? Is it just that not enough women 50+ compete so you need to make it that way?

I've joined to communicate news and viewpoints and to ask if you all think it is necessary for me to stage compete in order to get into the FAME game...also, what is your opinion after viewing my photos of what type of competing would suit me?
