I began weightlifting at an early age,13 and became an avid runner at 14. I previously competed in the 1998 Provincial Winter Olympics at 15 for wrestling and began playing full-body contact football in a junior men's league.
Currently, I am beginning a new fitness program to re-train my physique as part of my physiotherapy after sustaining permanent injuries in a car accident in 2008.
I love to exercise and I enjoy ballet, pilates, yoga and low-impact sports.

In becoming the ME i desire to be, I Dare myself to master my empowerment in the following ways AND here is why:
I am firm believer in focused thinking and visualization to unify the mind & body to obtain peak performance. I live for that suspended moment in the "zone", that sweet spot when control over oneself is absolute and time stops because you feel like you can go forever.
People often refer to perfection as an ideal relating to physique but to me it is a moment when the body and mind have been trained in tandem so well that you are able to perform feats of almost inhuman athleticism.
