I grew up living the health and fitness lifestyle. I started natural bodybuilding at a young age and continue to live the life to this day. I also have spent many years in Martial Arts (Shaolin Kung-Fu) and Amateur Boxing. My life now revolves around helping others to achieve their goals and dreams.
