I wanted to reply to your comment so that we could start a discussion, but I don't use this website very much, and I don't see any evidence that anyone is using it as an interactive forum. That all means I don't know if my messages are read or replied to. Anyhow, I somewhat object to the term body proud, because to me we are a combination of body, mind, and soul. Body is only one part of that, and in fact being proud is actually one of the seven deadly sins if it is excessive.
