As I near the end of my first week, I am pleased with what I have accomplished. I am glad that I am giving myself plenty of time to make little changes slowly versus worrying about changing a whole bunch of things all at once. I have verbalized my commitment to doing a show to several people now (we all know that the more people we tell, the more we will be held accountable to completing!). I am happy to say that everyone is excited for me!

Well, what better day to start my transformation than on the first day of a brand new month! Just returned from a relaxing vacation with my family in Hilton Head SC and my mindset is ready. Woke up with a bit of a cold but nothing was going to stop me today! Trained legs and bi's today - felt good to be back in the gym after 10 days off. Busy week ahead with work/meetings out of town so starting to prepare my food now.
